FAQ
AI Strategy & Audits: common questions
How long does an AI audit take?
Most audits take 2–4 weeks. That includes 3–6 short interviews with your team, a review of your current tools and data, and a final workshop where we present the ranked roadmap to your leadership.
Do we need clean data or a big IT team first?
No. Part of the audit is finding out what you already have. Many of the best quick wins use the email, spreadsheets and software you already run.
What happens after the audit?
You receive a written AI opportunity map and a 90-day roadmap with an estimated return, effort and budget range for each item. Your team can run with it, or we can build the priority items. If you go ahead with a build, the audit fee is credited against it.
