AI Training for Teams: common questions
Do participants need any technical background?
None at all. Workshops are designed for non-technical staff. If someone can write an email, they will leave the session able to use AI for real tasks in their job.
Which tools do you teach?
Usually the tools your business already has: Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude or Google Gemini. We are independent and take no vendor commissions, so we will tell you honestly which fits your team and budget.
How long is a workshop and how many people can attend?
The core AI essentials workshop is a half-day (about 3.5 hours) for groups of up to 15 people, with laptops open and real tasks. Larger teams are split into several sessions, and every workshop is followed by an online Q&A session.
Can training be customised to our industry?
Yes. Every workshop uses examples from your own industry and, where possible, your own documents and tasks.
